Dave Perry

Dave Perry brings a diverse background mixing his experience of education, career history and life experience into his present role as an independent senior recruiter with Andover Recruiting Executives.

Dave is a graduate of Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 1982. Dave then attended Suffolk University Law School from which he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1985.

For the next twenty years, Dave worked from as an associate in a major Massachusetts legal defense firm up to the rank of Partner within his first eight years of practice. For the majority of his career in insurance defense work, Dave was highly sought after to represent, by demand, some of the largest, most influential insurance carriers specializing in the field of workers compensation law.

Dave was in demand as a skilled litigator and protector of his client insurance company’s financial interests. As such, Dave was personally retained to protect the financial wealth, stature and reputation of the some of the largest insurance insurance companies located throughout the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts.
